Oh I love shoes!

I am so in the mood to shop. I know I shouldn't...the credit card bills will be coming in. Scary! Still, I have been eying up some new shoes, specifically some BabyPhat Shoes. I am a shoe freak. I won't even tell you how many I have in my closet. Basically they are hanging on the back of the door, all along the top shelf, all along the bottom shelf and some in boxes. I am going to have to ask my husband to build me a shoe storage unit soon. Like in the movie, Overboard...where I can turn the crank and ones drop back and others move up. I just think that is so cool.

I just don't want to let go of my shoes. I may have paid $80 for some but I have had the for 10 years! I'd say if you calculate the cost based on how many times I have worn them in 10 years, probably about 20-30 times at least, then it is well worth it. Plus, quality makes a difference. I don't buy shoes that look like they will fall apart after two wears. Plus, I like variety. If it were up to me I'd wear a different pair every day of the year. Plus BabyPhat's shoes are sooooo cute. I love the Mina and Vanitia. Even their names are cool, aren't they. Valentine's day is coming up...looks like it is time to bug the hubs for a little something that my feet can appreciate.
