For me, that is hard. Damn hard. I am so directionally challenged. My husband always says that I couldn't find my way out of a one room apartment. Although that is a total over-exaggeration and completely condescending, I do agree I have some issues with knowing my way around. Put me in a city and I will just assume all roads are symmetrical. Like duh...the only city like that is Kansas City and that's not really a city, more like a few streets connecting together. Sorry KC folks. You do have a great Plaza and Westport area.
I have gotten myself in quite a few binds with the mentality of symmetry. Oh, by the way, did I tell you they learn symmetry in kindergarten? Yeah, I was a little surprised too. Geometry in kindergarten, very surprising. I must have went to stupid school because I didn't have no geometry until I was in high school. Boy, how things have changed.
Anyway, back to what I was babbling about...I'll tell you navigation systems were made for people like me. That almost sound obvious but really, some people just need navigation systems for travel. I need a navigation system to live. I hear that there are a few ones like the TomTom Go Live. They are now getting so high tech. Tom Tom is the largest navigation system provider. You can't go wrong with one of these babies. I wouldn't even rent a car without a navigation system.
